It was such a calming and supportive experience to have the photos taken with Joanne. It was so easy, and I feel like she brought my true self out to be seen.

Joanne made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. There were times we forgot the camera was even there. Her calming and relaxed presence made our toddler warm up to her so quickly. We always left feeling unsure if she was able to capture many photos as toddlers can be very uncooperative, but sure enough every single year we are more amazed than the year before with the photos.
